Cast the Net is the expansion/consulting program for new or existing ministries & missions nationwide and the training arm of Tigerlili Resources for law enforcement, healthcare workers, service providers and the general public to better educate on the realities of child trafficking in America.
Since the launch of The Scarlet Line - Their Line to Redemption in 2017, it has been our mission to fill a massive gap of short-term emergency placement safe homes for survivors in America and do it with excellence….
We did just that, successfully!
Now, Tigerlili Resources, through Cast the Net, will help equip other missions, ministries and families to open your own safe home or supporting program to serve survivors and end human trafficking in America.
In 2019, The House of Rahab opened, welcoming adult female survivors of human trafficking in our emergency placement, short-term, residential safe home. Due to the high requests and demand, in December 2024 we prepared for the transition of service to child survivors of sex trafficking with Heaven’s Home. The home provides a peaceful, loving space for the children to rest, have home-cooked meals and enjoy quality “kid time” and experience the love & light of Jesus Christ during their stay.
There are simply not enough residential programs in America that are designed specifically for the layered needs of trafficked victims. Access to short-term emergency placement homes is even harder to find. That’s where our leadership and experience comes in.
We are called to “Cast the Net” and LEAD the LEADERS
We help grow this sector of direct services for survivors by engaging, equipping & empowering liked-hearted, mission-minded leaders in your perspective communities. You too can make the biggest impact in a survivor’s journey to whole healing, one loving hug at a time.
How do we end human trafficking in America?..... TOGETHER!
We look forward to working with you, your family or your team to help you serve survivors of human sex trafficking in America.
